This application offers a comprehensive tool for accurately measuring various geographic features such as home lots, crop circles, parks, sports fields, and walking routes.

Utilizing Apple Maps™, the application boasts a measurement accuracy with an error margin of approximately 1% to 3% for area and 0.1% to 0.5% for perimeter. Users can easily pinpoint locations by tapping on the map to drop a pin, and modifications can be made effortlessly using the "Undo" function or by pressing and holding a pin to reposition it.

The tool allows users to search for any address worldwide and offers a user-friendly table interface for saving and loading measurements. Map views are versatile, with options for Hybrid, Hybrid Flyover, or Standard displays.

Current location access enables users to measure their immediate surroundings conveniently. Distance measurements are provided in meters, kilometers, feet, yards, and miles simultaneously. Similarly, area calculations are displayed in square meters, feet, yards, kilometers, miles, and acres.

A unique circle mode is also available, facilitating easy measurement of circular objects such as crop circles. Users can simply tap at the center to drop a pin and then at the edge; the application will automatically render a circle while displaying its circumference and area.

For those requiring data export functionality, users can create a KML file containing their measurements. This file can be accessed via Google Earth™, allowing for simultaneous viewing of all measurements. It also supports comparisons between Apple Maps and Google Maps.

Users have the option to export their measurements locally to their iOS devices using a specific KML file for the Map Measurement Tool. This feature enables easy import of saved measurements for future reference.
